Geographic Coverage

Our primary market area is west of Lake Washington and north of downtown Seattle, including Ballard, Queen Anne, Magnolia, Greenlake, Wallingford, Broadview, Richmond Beach, and Edmonds. However, we will also consider projects outside this area.
